Leaderboard does not display my time/name
I have set a lap time or completed a race event and my time isn't showing on the leaderboard:
Your name may not show at all on the leaderboard.
There are three main causes for this:
- Hotlap servers - You may not have waited for the server to go to 'Next Session', this process saves the data on the server, without doing so the data can not be saved and your times will not post.
- Users username and password entered into the client don't match the username and password used to log into site - please ensure you are using only one account and that this account is logged into both with the Simraceway.com website and the Simraceway Game Client, to change client login details please re-install the client.
- Mismatching rFactor / Simraceway profile - Although rare, the users rFactor profile name not matching the username used to log into the site or the client will result in times not posting, to resolve this please create a profile in rFactor which is the exact same name as used on Simraceway.com - if this is indeed the case please submit a support ticket here by clicking 'Submit A Request' with details of your system setup and any other relevant information so we can track down this issue.
Please note:
- As per point 1 above, for Hotlap events, you must stay in the server until the session have changed e.g. Qualifying to Warm up for your data to be saved.
- Challenge events - make sure to stay in the server until it have loaded up the next circuit (or same circuit if a single track event) for your data to be saved.
- The update of the leaderboards can take anything up to 15 minutes, on occasion this can be longer.
